Distribute Print Books to Ingram Without the Market Access Fee for 12 Months

We’ve partnered with Ingram to make print distribution more accessible and affordable for indie authors and publishers. For a limited time, you won’t have to pay Ingram’s Market Access Fee for the first 12 months on every NEW PRINT TITLE uploaded through PublishDrive.

This applies to all users on a paid plan uploading new titles to Ingram, and it’s available right now.

What Is the Ingram Market Access Fee?

The Market Access Fee is a setup charge required by Ingram for every new print title. It allows your book to be available to over 40,000 bookstores, libraries, and retailers.

Normally, this fee is charged upfront. But now, through PublishDrive, you’ll get the first year per title completely waived for new uploads to the Ingram network.

What You Still Pay

It’s important to note:

✔️ The Market Access Fee is the only cost that’s waived
ℹ️ Standard POD-related costs (like print cost per sale, optional returns, etc.) still apply
💲You must be on a paid PublishDrive plan to access Ingram

Can I Transfer Existing Ingram Titles?

☑️ Yes! If you're already using Ingram via another provider, we support ISBN transfer so you can manage your full print catalog inside PublishDrive. These pre-existing titles on Ingram are NOT subject to this fee waiver as they are not new titles on the Ingram network. But all new titles will have the fee waived.

How to Take Advantage

1. Log into your PublishDrive account (or upgrade to a paid plan)

2. Upload your print book and select Ingram as a store

3. The Market Access Fee is waived automatically for 12 months

4. Optional: Want to manage your full catalog in PublishDrive? Submit ISBNs to transfer existing Ingram titles with ease (existing Ingram titles are not eligible for the market access fee waiver).
